The project requirement was to streamline the internal order processing and transport management processes with a simple, company-wide portal that gave each stakeholder complete visibility of orders and transportation.
The result was a customisable order management portal that could be quickly white-labeled to any of AGM’s customers.
As product owner, I worked with the primary customer. to gather their requirements, created and refined mock-ups of the UI, and then led the development team to deliver the project.
This project allowed the entire order process to be digitised, resulting in dramatic improvements across the company.
