The original VisionTrack media presentation was grid-based lists with no thumbnails or previews.
I led the project to overhaul the UI to put media previews front and centre in the product.
As feature owner, I created the UI mockups, wrote the backend code to generate the thumbnail images from media as it was ingested into the platform, and led the team in implementing the new features and media page.
The result was a vastly improved end-user experience and a more feature-competitive product.
