

This project put scheduling and order management inside of Microsoft Outlook.
It was based on TomTom WebFleet and pulled in telematics data from their API, enabling cost-effective route optimisation and scheduling to WebFleet users using an Outlook plugin.

This puts fleet management and order management right inside Outlook; with contextual text recognition of email addresses that belong to customers, the plugin can pre-populate order forms and suggest actions based on the enquiry text of the email.
